Even though it is harder, it is more important than ever!

My name is Brittany Morris. 

I grew up with a lot of mental and emotional abuse, which ended with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My family had a terrible history with medications, so I decided to try the natural route first.

That is how my holistic health journey started!
