Mothers make the world go around. We carry uncountable burdens every day without a break.

Mothers have come to the point where they expect impossible feats from themselves. I see moms cheer others on with pure love, but only give hate to themselves.

Momma’s Me Time was created with the dream of changing that.

I want to see moms learn to love themselves.

I want to not only help moms value themselves enough to make life changes, but also give them the tools to get started.

Inspiration is great, but useless without action.

About Me

Hi! My name is Brittany.

I was diagnosed with chronic depression, severe anxiety, and PTSD in 2015. I have nothing against medications if needed, but I wanted to heal myself naturally.

My journey of healing started off SLOW…

I didn’t take it seriously until 2018 (when I became pregnant).

I knew what kind of mother I wanted to be and that I had a lot of healing to do to be her.

I slowly tested different things to see what helped, even a little.

In 2022, I finally tested “not at risk of depression” by my doctor.

I remember that moment perfectly.

I am not done with my journey, and I don’t think I ever will be.

But I am living proof that healing is possible.

My mission is to help as many moms as I can. over 90% of moms struggle with burnout. 

I was one of them.

Through natural and holistic health, I am getting my life back.

Since I am learning, researching, and testing anyways, I want to share what I find with you!
